About Me

Hi there! My goal is to support individuals who are facing challenges with anxiety/life stress, who wish to navigate trauma, and who are embarking or have embarked on the journey into parenthood. I work with clients who wish to improve coping, understand themselves, and gain a sense of empowerment as it relates to their capacity to process feelings. Another area of interest is supporting Maternal Mental Health, providing therapeutic intervention to new parents and families, and working to support the process of navigating the life transition associated with becoming a parent.

I offer individual therapy for clients aged 12+ and use principles of Emotion Focused therapy, Cognitive behavioural therapy, and trauma informed therapy. I work with mood disorders, PTSD, supports grief/loss, relationship challenges, work burnout and general stress.

I lead with warmth in my approach. I seek to welcome clients into a safe and inclusive environment built upon trust and connection. It is my goal that all people feel validated in their right to experience and express feelings, and that therapy be a judgement-free experience in which clients feel supported in their growth.

Introducing Brooke Ingram

Hi!

I emphasize the importance of trust and connection within the therapeutic relationship, ensuringthat you feel validated in your emotions and experiences. With extensive experience working with first responders, I specialize in trauma processing and stress management, helping clients navigate the unique challenges they face in high-pressure environments. I offer individual therapy for clients from children to adults using an integrative approach combining various therapeutic interventions from principles of Emotion Focused therapy ,trauma-informed therapy, and attachment-based therapy.

Through a compassionate and tailored approach, my goal is to empower individuals with effective coping strategies and tools for resilience, guiding them on their journey toward healing, recovery, and personal growth. I am committed to creating a safe, inclusive space where the power of a compassionate and collaborative therapeutic relationship allows for you to explore your thoughts and feelings.

What to Expect

You may have been thinking about trying therapy for a while, or you may be retuning after a break, either way what you can expect is an inclusive space that is safe for you to be who you are and feel what you feel.

I will use evidence-based practice, compassion, empathy and some moments of humour to create a structure in which you feel free to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Sessions are 50 minutes long and can be offered in-person or virtually.

It is my hope that therapy becomes a routine that you look forward to, feel challenged by, and continue to learn about yourself from.
